The One Year On Report
The pledge has now ran for over a year, launching back in February 2020, with over 100 organisations now involved as pledge partners and supporters who have committed to long term improvements in equality, diversity and inclusivity (EDI) against the pledge's three key pledge pillars.
To spotlight this milestone we've produced the first annual report for the pledge.
This report document:
- Draws upon 30 detailed case studies from various pledge partners and supporters to show how different businesses and organisations have approached the pledge and its pillars;
- Gives best practice guidance for games companies yet to make the pledge, straight from game companies who have committed and are in the midst of their equality, diversity and inclusion journeys;
- Outlines the progress that the pledge and those involved in it have made between 2020 and 2021.
