Our studio has an ethos of collaboration and empowerment and we’re creating an inclusive culture through several ongoing activities and programmes.

We have Slack channels for diversity, wellbeing and mental health, a women’s group that meets regularly, and a focus on providing a fair recruitment selection process (we provide recruitment training, which includes unconscious bias, to all hiring managers). Additionally we recently held our first Diversity/Inclusivity meeting and we had over a quarter of the company attend, plus this year we are aiming to train all our line managers to become mental health champions (alongside the mental health first aiders we already have.

We have more women and marginalised groups on the team now than last year, and a team who are willing and able to talk about issues that may affect them, plus peers and management that will support and mentor each other if needed.
